Job Description
Genesis Healthcare at St. Anthony Center is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated geriatric/long-term care team in both full-time and part-time positions for day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
