Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and oversee the care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
