Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Assess patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferably have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
