Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join the Wolfeboro Bay Center team. In this role, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
