Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join Elm Wood on a Part-Time basis. As a key member of the team, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise care activities.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders.
- Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
