Job Description

Join the Pine Lodge team as a full-time night shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this role, you will work twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends, providing efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
