Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to ensure positive patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient assessments, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
