Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Montgomeryville Center team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, building relationships with patients and their families, and contributing to positive patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care, evaluate patient conditions, and report changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments, care planning, and medication administration.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient well-being.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
