Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services and fostering positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
