As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver efficient nursing care, evaluate patient conditions, administer medications, and contribute to care planning.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending state board licensure as an LPN.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
