Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Genesis Health is currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
