Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health's dynamic team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
