Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Contribute to care planning and implementation.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
