Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
