Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home care positions in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current Delaware LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
- Per diem, Part-time, Full-time.
Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Expected Hours
20 – 40 per week.
