Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. If you are passionate about providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented, patient-centered, and consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
