Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about providing skilled nursing care in the community and thrive in patient-centered environments, we would love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
Available positions: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour

20 – 40 per week
