Position
We are hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide quality care in New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop patient-centered care plans and participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
