Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
