ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN in home care, you will have the opportunity to deliver skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in accordance with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
