Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
