We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
