Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN with Genesis HealthCare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, and contributing to positive patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, report changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Supervise and support unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Preferable experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification.
