Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Highgate at Paoli Pointe. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and promote patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and execution.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
