Job Description
Pheasant Wood, part of Genesis Health, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem positions. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients. The role includes evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
