Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
