Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver top-quality nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, record data, and report any condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
