Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at the Wolfboro Bay Center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN license.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
