Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN at Laurel Center, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
