Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Applewood Center on a per-diem basis for various shifts. LPNs will deliver efficient nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state Board of Nursing license or pending licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing center employment.
