Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Pheasant Wood team on all shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
