Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Applewood Center on a per-diem basis for day, evening, and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
