Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pheasant Wood for all shifts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for efficient nursing care delivery, providing positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification, as required.
