Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance
Genesis Health is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
