Job Description
We are currently looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to care planning.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.
