Job Description
Genesis Health is currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Wolfboro Bay Center. This is a per-diem position available for day, evening, and night shifts, offering flexible scheduling and competitive wages.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and observe conditions.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
