Job Description
Genesis Health is currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We have part-time, full-time, and PRN opportunities available at Easton Nursing and Rehab. Our facility offers flexible schedules with competitive wages and shift differentials.

Position Overview
As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
