Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Applewood Center on a Per-Diem basis for Day, Evening, and Night Shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state board nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
