Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work closely with our residents and contribute to their well-being by delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as per orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by support staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
