Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
