Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
