Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking passionate and highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide efficient and compassionate nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Support nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
