Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (PT NIGHT SHIFT) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
