Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Applewood Center. This position requires availability for 3am-3pm and 7am-3pm shifts, including every other weekend. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients' conditions and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
