Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. This is a full-time position with evening shifts available.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
