Job Description

As a vitality specialist, you will play a key role in changing the lives of patients and residents every day. Your responsibilities will include resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, medication administration, and more in an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident evaluations and create care plans.
- Provide direct patient care with compassion and expertise.
- Monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
