We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for various nursing duties, including case finding, health teaching, medication administration, and nursing treatment under the supervision of healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will monitor care plans, supervise support staff, and evaluate the effectiveness of health care services.
