Job Description

Position Highlights
- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), evaluate patients/residents, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing or as required by the state.
