Job Description
St. Anthony Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our geriatric/long-term care team on both day and night shifts. We offer increased shift differentials and a range of benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment, Tuition Assistance, and various compensation plans. You will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care assessments and planning.
- Administer medications following physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
