Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have at least 2 years of experience in residential real estate and are knowledgeable about ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate deals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Work as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.
